LANKAI 高精度FOC直流無刷電機(jī)控制器LKSC-C系列是高性能、高精度的智能速度控制模塊，其特點(diǎn)如下：

①采用最新FOC 正弦波矢量控制技術(shù)和模糊PI控制技術(shù)，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，緩啟緩?fù)?，大力矩，輕噪音，發(fā)熱低，可長時間穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行，帶過流過速堵轉(zhuǎn)保護(hù)電機(jī)等功能。

②恒速， 恒扭矩模式可一鍵切換。

③可集成恒溫功能， 可組合加熱、制冷、恒濕、風(fēng)機(jī)、門鎖等功能。

④可設(shè)置99段程序，多種液晶顯示規(guī)格可選。

⑤標(biāo)配1500RPM，扭矩0.2-1.2NM的57&86直流無刷電機(jī)，也可適配其他支持FOC的無刷電機(jī)或伺服電機(jī)

⑥ 擴(kuò)展： 支持 232接口和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)485ModBus-RTU協(xié)議，可接電腦上位機(jī)軟件控制，PLC等，支持MODBUS協(xié)議標(biāo)準(zhǔn)外設(shè)。

①Adopting the latest FOC vector and fuzzy PI control technology, the operation is more smoothly, slow start&stop, high torque, light noise, low heat generation, and can run stably for a long time. It also has functions  of overcurrent speed blocking protection for the motor, can adapt to other brushless motors that support FOC.

②Can set to operate by constant speed or constant torque mode.

③Intelligent PID fuzzy temp.control with adaptive PID self-tuning to get higher temp. efficiency , accurate and smaller temp. drift.

④Over temp. sensor detachment alarm protection, can expand function for door lock or fan ect.

⑤Support 232 interface and RS485 ModBus RTU protocol, allowing one host to control multiple sets of motor kits, can connect to upper computer software to control the reading of real-time and historical data, view operating curves, and support MODBUS protocol standard peripherals.
